This site is a shop window: no cart, no forms, no sign-up, and nothing that follows you around the web. Everything there is to say is written below, plainly.
In short

Who processes your data

Cookies: there are none
The site sets no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. It uses no analytics, has no social buttons that track you, and loads no fonts or scripts from other servers. That's why you won't find the usual banner: there is nothing to ask your consent for.
The site saves nothing in your browser: no cookies and no local storage. You choose the language with the flags, and each language has its own address (/en/ for English, /de/ for German). If the site saved your language choice in the past, it deletes it on your next visit.
What the server records
Like every website, the service hosting it keeps technical logs for a short time: IP address, date and time of the visit, page requested, browser type. They serve security and troubleshooting only, and the legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe. The site is hosted by Netlify, a United States company acting as data processor for this part: those logs may sit on servers outside the European Union.
If you write to me on WhatsApp or Instagram
Every invitation on this site leads to a conversation with me. When you write, I process your number or username and the content of your message in order to reply and, if you decide to order a piece, the data I need to make it and send it to you: name, address, contact. The legal basis is performing our agreement and, for sales documents, a legal obligation.
I keep messages for as long as needed to follow your order and answer later questions. Tax documents are kept for the ten years the law requires. WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services: whatever passes through them is also handled under their own privacy notices, which you'll find in those apps.
Who else sees your data
Nobody, apart from whoever is needed to deliver the parcel: the courier. The hosting service sees the technical logs above. I do not sell, share or trade data with anyone, for any reason.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what data of yours I hold, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object to the processing, or receive it in a file. Just write to me: I answer personally, within a month. If you believe something is wrong, you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, garanteprivacy.it.
Children
The site is not addressed to children and does not knowingly collect data about minors.
If this page changes
If one day I add something that handles data differently, an analytics tool or an online shop for instance, I will update this page first and ask for consent where needed.
